It’s time to “spring forward” and gain an extra hour of sunlight. Unfortunately, it also means you’ll loose an hour of sleep.
Daylight Savings Time begins on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at 2am. Remember to set your clocks forward 1 hour before you head to bed on Saturday evening.
